Said multiple times during my interview that I only speak English. Now their all annoyed with me for not speaking Spanish and threatening to write me up for it.
Gonna file a complaint but this is Texas I highly doubt it will do anything except waste my time.
People say “just look for another job”. That's hard when your shity poverty job changes your schedule every week so you always work a split weekend and at least 6 days in a row.
Im loosing my mind. It's like retail settings are trying to make you freak out and quit. Between incompetant managers and poverty wages it's like their trying to make it all fail on purpose.
