How did you deal with a toxic work environment and not allow it to completely drain you mentally until you found a better opportunity?

My work environment has become more toxic each week over the past 2 months. I work as a counselor so I am already in a high stress position, but management has now began putting unrealistic expectations and increased workloads on us to increase productivity. If the unrealistic expectations are not met, we are yelled at and even will get emails on the weekends late at night with new demands. The scare tactics are real, they have no boundaries at all. Two of our top team members have resigned in the past month and their caseload/workload just gets spread amongst those of us that are left. Redditors who have ever been here, please tell me how you made it through toxicity like this every day at your work until you found a better job?
