Current and former employees of my previous job have shown a lot of interest in speaking out about the awful conditions and treatment of employees. Before leaving I had been talking to the director a lot about the issues and many of my coworkers were aware of it. I kind of became an accidental leader I guess. Since I’ve left a couple of months ago over 1/4 of their employees (all long term) have quit. I warned them this would happen. I’ve spoken to almost every one of them and they are all interested in sharing their experiences and how bad the working conditions have become. We worked in animal welfare so I know the public and the board would be interested in hearing about this, and it’s because of the animals that most people are still very interested in exposing everything that’s been going on. I have willing people, names, and statements, I’m just not sure what to do with all of it.
