Sorey if this isnt the proper place to ask this, i work at a froyo place and have been intimidated by, aggressively and loudly shouted at, blamed for issues that were their fault, and got a phone thrown at the desk I was sitting at in my direction in anger all by my manger. The phone incident is on surveillance footage.
I've heard HR are the last people to report this to but it seems like the person above her, the store director, has a good relationship with my manager and I have low hopes he will fire his long term work colleague.
Wondering what to do because I dont want to quit, where I can report her where something will actually get done ;-;
