I changed departments and my new boss is horrible

So I (28M) have been working part time for a bank a little over a year now. I’ve never been one to be laid back at my job, in fact I did what I could to help everyone in my department when I was done with my duties. After about a year in that department they switched me over to a new one with an entirely different role and a boss that treats me like dirt and is hellbent on micromanaging me. Shes accused me of being lazy in my other dept because she’s seen me talking to someone next to me on a few occasions and says that is stealing time.
I told her afterwards that she’s never worked with me before and therefore has no right to accuse me of not doing my job and her response was something like “perception is reality.”
So we’ve trained on all these new assignments and I do my work as instructed but she’s given me a checklist I have to fill out daily and it’s so frustrating because not only is it insulting but it means she actually thinks I’m terrible.
I should mention as well she’s yelled at me in front of other employees, just because something at my station wasn’t working and I’d addressed it with IT and figured I’d move on to another task while that’s getting resolved and she says “I’m not allowed to make my own schedule.” Also I caught her watching a movie at her desk right after she felt the need to tell me not to even though I’ve never done that at all. I’ve only been putting up with it because I need a job but at the same time I dread showing up everyday. What do y’all think? Is she being toxic? Should I quit?

TLDR Boss is toxic and loves to micromanage and I’m thinking about leaving
