I had an epiphany about my job when two co-workers told me I was underpaid

Basically, I work a minimum wage job and have been for a few years. Just part-time, not full-time or anything like that. So a couple days ago I was working on a jean project in the stockroom (clothing store work) and one manager who recently got back from vacation didn’t know what was going on and the other manager told me to manage the two newcomers and direct them for this jean project. Truth be told, with my current position there isn’t exactly a pipeline to move up, which why I’ve never been given anything more, such as raises. But, it did finally make me evaluate my own worth for this job.
