Hey all!
The job I’m currently working is …. So so. The pay is alright, it’s a fine dining establishment and I’m a server. I probably won’t see good money until after a year of working because of the tip pool system — but during my application run from a month ago, a company reached out with double pay, benefits and PTO included.
Obviously things you don’t see in a restaurant environment.
My mind is made but I’m stuck on how to quit. Im not putting in a two weeks, because I start my other job on Monday….
I’ve looked at similar forums but couldn’t find anything too updated or applicable!
