I quit after I was very positively reviewed.

All points in which the manager had to review were either “Meets expectations” or “Exceeds expectations”. Nothing too serious, just stuff like my communication skills, dependability, etc. The only thing they said I needed to stop doing was talking about my pay to others because it makes others upset (because they aren't paid enough and I made more) and me discussing my pay because it made a certain individual upset because that individual has been there for 20 years…and yet I still made more. They also said not to discuss pay because they “Couldn't afford” to have anyone quit and they've been short staffed for months. After hearing that, I knew my days in that shithole were numbered…didn't even give a 2 weeks. Nobody appreciated me or other hardworking employees there so why should I give a shit? This same company also gave people an “Inflation raise” that didn't keep…

This same company also gave people an “Inflation raise” that didn't keep up with inflation rates, which not everyone got and those who did get it didn't get the same amount, lol.
