It seems contradictory. I'm applying for a new job because I was put on the PIP and my teammates are somewhat toxic. Now I'm looking for the next best competitor, but I'm trying to be careful so I can look for a company I can last with for more than a year. One of them has the statement above in their company description. My coworkers at my current company say “we're not like other firms, we're family”. So of course I'll always be skeptical.
