My employer recently hired a team of consultants to do “time studies” on us while we work to make sure we are being efficient. Some of us that have been here for years have spent that time learning ways to turn a 45 minute project into a 25-30 minute project so we have more time in between projects to go to the bathroom and fill our waters without cutting into our production time. It’s a win win honestly, company still gets the amount of work done that they want, and I don’t have to sweat as much.
Now these people came in with their stop watches and shit and ruined everything. 100% isn’t 100% anymore it’s 75.
