Put in my notice a week ago. I love my immediate boss, but hate her boss who is a total egomaniac asshole, and also my reason for quitting. I’m the only person that does what I do at my place, so they are totally screwed right now. I’ve been begging for another person for years, but “that’s money better spent elsewhere.” It’s just so satisfying to watch all these supervisors scrambling to find a solution by themselves when I’ve warned them for so long.
