I will try to keep this short. I’m looking for any resources on how to start a quiet in office insurgency. The situation:
Large global multinational run from Europe. It’s all project managers, engineers, engineering managers covered over by a thin layer of directorship. And this last are the bastards.
Without boring you with 10,000 details, the Europeans are demanding, and our directorship is responding with countless changes to work, facilities, policies that on net are quickly making everyone’s life hell. In the past, I’ve been pretty go along to get along. But the current crop of bullshit is just senseless. It’s not even money making except for that thin layer of directors.
Now, I don’t want to do things that will get large swatches of people fired or have all their work offshored. That would hurt those I want to help. What I want is our clients mad as hell at top management without tip management being able to blame the underlings. I want these directors to be terrified to make cubes smaller, restrict wfh, etc etc.
I’m just short of ideas and I’m an amateur, a noob.
I have started researching obvious questions. Like what do I need to say, and how often, to DHS’ anonymous tip line to get a European national added to a no-fly list.
Where should I look for the field notes of some really tricky bastards in this space?
