Inappropriate behavior at dinner event

I’m on the way out, outsourced. But I was made aware of some highly inappropriate behavior from someone in leadership and a high level HR related sponsor while at dinner with colleagues. My question is, do I bring this up to HR on our side? Can doing so hurt my severance or violate a NDA or non disparagement agreement? I’m still an employee so I believe I can speak up. It didn’t happen to me, I am a bystander. The victims wish to forget about it and just vented to me while in disbelief, but they requested that I take no action on the matter. Should I speak up or just keep my mouth shut? They could also simply deny they ever told me anything, so I’m reluctant. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
