If the job you are applying to requires a DL and will not accept a state ID even though driving is not part of job duties, is this okay? Some even require you to own a car. This is very common at least where I live (Raleigh NC). My 24yo does not want to drive but can not get gainful employment outside of retail and fast food without one. Is it just our area?
