I have seen a lot of posts on here about crappy businesses and there crappy rules/practices and there mistreatment of employees, I definitely agree that a lot of employers are horrible and that they should be held accountable. But I wanted to make a little bit of a positive post on here, because while it is bad right now, it isn't hopeless. There are a lot of great companies out there, not all are awful, you just need to find them.
Just a few weeks ago I got a full-time job and so far I love this place. They have great benefits, great work environment and even though my current position is not my dream one, this company is trying to help me reach my dream position by paying for tuition for some classes related to that position. Most suprising of all, they have a mandatory online program that teaches all about employment law, which I think it is amazing. This company seems to care a lot about it's employees.
I hope that everyone on here can find as great or better a place to work.
