Yeah, so three weeks ago I was suspended because I had an argument with my coworker who was checking my phone. Silly me left it unlocked behind the counter to help guests quickly and didn't expect her to do so. She accused me that I was talking shit about her.
Management took my statement and suspended me but not her and manager said that her checking my phone is between me and said employee.
So came back after 1 week and I got 4 days instead of 5. It bas been slow so I thought that was the case. But this week, an employee goes on vacation and I only get 3 days. The coworker who checked my phone is getting 5 days.
Meanwhile management keeps coming to our area to make them coffee or food… I have manager who didn't care asking me to do her coffee and bring it to her office.
I was thinking not finish duties and disappear would show them I don't give a damn. Anything else?
