I quit without notice and sent a text to the manager explaining I will not be back and it’s been 2 weeks with no word from them. I haven’t received my last check. I emailed them and asked what is the deal and got the response of “I will need a resignation letter from you before I can process your final paycheck”. Is this necessary?
