Joined a new job, feels like hell everyday. Please advice

I joined a banking job 4 weeks ago, with a probation period of 3 months. My pay for the month will be in 2 more days. They haven’t trained me, infact they asked a newbie to train me due to which my learning was absolute shit. I learned a lot of wrong things and the newbie (started working 3 weeks before me) missed out on a lot of details. Due to this, my work has been extremely inefficient and despite me complaining about their shitty job at training me to them, they continue to berate me for the inefficiency of work and me making a lot of mistakes. When I ask for help, I get ghosted for a while, and then answered with hostility. Even then the answers are extremely vague, and when I try to ask for more details, I face even more hostility. I’ve decided working here is a total nightmare and there’s no way i’d be able to last, did I mention this company has a HUGE turnover rate due to which the people here also hate training newbies? I didn’t know of this turnover rate until I joined and a colleague told me about it.

I pleaded with the Vice President to change my department and she declined. I can’t leave in probation period or i’d be fined $5000 according to a contract they make us sign upon joining. There’s no way I can do another 2-3 months, because they also require a 1 month notice period otherwise they charge you 1 month pay as fee.

This is a very big bank where I live by the way, I don’t know how to get out. Please advice and guide me.

The work here starts at 8:30 in the morning and is supposed to end at 6 in the evening, however almost everybody works overtime for which they don’t get compensated. They only compensate $20 if you work 3 hours + overtime for covering travel fee. These people also expect you to work like robots so everyday they expect me to work overtime (which I don’t) and for some reason, they hate me and it shows.
