So I had this job I actually liked, but in the company mandated payday, they failed to send our checks through. They asked for our Venmo or cashapp to pay us two days from the original payday. Again they failed to pay. Yesterday it was said that if we didn’t get paid by noon to contact HR. I’ve been ignored, no one’s contacted me from management or ownership to make sure I get paid. I’ve messaged and called, and it’s been very unprofessional of them to continue to ignore me. It’s now been 5 days since they were supposed to pay me and it’s becoming a refusal of payment. I already filed state and federal wage complaints, is there anything I could do to get something done immediately?
