I would like to share a matter that's been weighing on me. I just came to know that all my team members including leadership traveling to a in-person team meeting. I am not invited and no communication at all from leadership. Being the only colored person on the team and never got negative feedback in recent times. Performance reviews are always exceeding or above expectations. Not sure how to react or how to take it. Should I schedule a in-person meeting with manager and ask about it?
