This post is primarily for desk jockies like me.
Spend $20 a month on premo AI account. Use it only on personal pc/device. Automate your job as much as possible. If your 30 hours (out of 40 paid) becomes 10 hours, tell nobody.
Be socially nice, tell people what they want to hear, then take no action. If they like you, it really is harder to fire you.
If you want more money (reasonable), apply for jobs with expectation of 50% jump or door dash/get second wfh job.
Save/invest what you can.
Lastly, think of yourself as a corporation with 1 employee, you. You may be employeed by xyz corp, but walk in with mindset they work for you (while appearing happy and telling them what they want to hear).
It generally works.
