I’ll try to keep it short. Due to a clash with my supervisor at work (who thinks she can speak to people however she wants and does in fact get away with it due to seniority) and other reasons, I had become eligible for medical leave.
It has since transitioned to LTD and I’m being asked to fill out 15 pages worth of information, ranging from why I can’t work to where I shop, where my doctors are, etc
I have tried reaching out to my union and I’ve had zero luck with that.
How specific do I need to be on this form?
Anyone have any advice?
