So, I am at this company for 2 years now.
I still have the Title “Junior” even though, I am doing all the senior work.
I was able to get a raise of 50 cent (wow right) and I overheard my Boss that he is actively trying to get rid of me, but since I passed my probabtion period and I worked for 2 years I am already “unbefristet” (unlimited working contract) if they actually decide to fire me, they have to prove thouroughly that I put the company in jeopardy (which i did not) or that I was sick more than 30% (I was not). And even then, they have to give me 3 months and my vacation days that were not payed yet AND. Additional pay (Abfindung???)
My Boss is also very cold to me and gives me work to do that I hate in an attempt to make me quit, in this case, they would bot have to pay anything.
I am doing my job and not engaging with them and their bullliying tactics and it makes them furious.
Honesty at this point it is actually realllly funny to watch
I have a “Meeting” on Monday with my Bosses Boss, so I am kinda excited what he will talkt to me about.
Also, I already informed the Union.
Oh and I already have a job lined up, it doesn't start till december. I just wanna see how I much I can anger them
