My manager hasn’t scheduled me for months and won’t reply to my text messages.

As the title says, I work in retail and have a manager that doesn’t like me. Bit of backstory first for context: In the summer of 2021, I started working as a sales associate of a new store. I was the first permanent employee of my location, so I was trained by the district manager (DM) and helped my store manager out (SM) on his first days when he eventually got hired. Flash forward to the first month after he was hired: he cut my hours from 30-35 hours/week to 18-20. He started trying to screw me over by scheduling me at slightly different times every week whilst claiming he’d notify me of the change (like if I was scheduled for 10 AM on Wednesday this week, he’d schedule me to open the store at 9 AM on Wednesday next week and would never say anything). Eventually, I quit because he kept leaving the store a mess for me to clean on my busiest shift (alone, by the way, no one is ever scheduled to work the store at the same time) and would blame me for the mess, saying I should be grateful he didn’t report me to corporate for it.

Flash forward to the beginning of this year, there was a new manager (NM) in the store and she was lovely. I was convinced to return (even though it paid $1 less per hour) because she was the complete opposite of him and I needed a chill job to work for some extra cash. About a month after she hired me, she quit. My old store manager (SM) transferred back and took over, then the whole thing started up again.

Under my NM, she had me mark products in the system we needed to order from our warehouse so she could place the order on Mondays without having to waste time. I continued to do this after she left and let my SM know that I’d done this for him and he chewed me out over text for doing his job, that it wasn’t my place and to never touch the system again. It ticked me off, so I did what I felt was right since I made the whole list: I deleted the entire order I made for him. He didn’t schedule me after this, didn’t reply to any texts, and has given my position to someone else, but hasn’t fired me.

Is there anything I can do to force his hand into doing something like firing me or scheduling me? I want to quit, but since he kept me off of full time, I can’t file for unemployment. I also feel like he wants me to finally quit and I don’t want to give him the satisfaction. I live in Florida, if that helps with legal information. There’s no official work email communications that I can use to contact him, either. Last time I contacted the DM about his behavior in 2021 I was told to take it up with my SM because that wasn’t their jurisdiction.
