My manager was talking about me in an email

Here’s the email: “Once again, he's freelancing! Now we're paying for his commute??? He's starting to irk me and he hasn't earned my trust yet.” My branch manager was emailing my service manager in a forwarded email and I saw it. Is there anything I should do? Should I report it to the company? Should I be concerned about protecting myself? I’ve noticed my managers treating me poorly and having no patience with me the last 3-4 weeks. I’m a home inspector and last Friday my service manager wanted to meet me at a house. It was hot and 90* outside. I had to wait 50 minutes in the car for him to arrive. I’ve noticed my managers treating me poorly and having no patience with me the last 3-4 weeks. I’m a home inspector and last Friday my service manager wanted to meet me at a house. It was hot and 90* outside. I had to wait 50 minutes in the car for him to arrive. When he got there he was on a power trip. He wanted me to go into the crawl space and made me get in my crawlsuit. I was standing in the crawlsuit and in the sun for 25min. The access door was screwed shut and I had to get a screwdriver and open it up in the sun. Then I had to put on a respirator and go into the crawl space. All with my service manager standing there watching me. I ended up almost suffering a heat stroke. I threw up in the home owners front yard and fell very ill. After cooling off in the car I go back outside and had to screw the access door shut and get my things from the backyard. My manager didn’t help me at all. We are able to mark “inaccessible area due to excessive heat” But my manager did not let me do that. A few days later the whole office had a safety meeting about working in high temps. The company is big on safety. It’s a big international company.

The managers also blow my personal phone and company phone up all the time and I’ve told them multiple times they don’t need to do that and to only contact my company phone. Text messages are to both phones every time as well in a group chat. They continue to do it. They constantly want to check in on me and make me explain what I did the whole day down to every detail and what time it was. They don’t treat anyone else like this.

I sent a screenshot to both managers in a group text and explained myself / addressed them.

How should I move forward? Request to transfer to another branch? File a report? File a lawsuit? Now it’s an unhealthy work environment for me.
