I recently got a job at a local candy store in a college town. I admit i'm not very socially acclamated but only one week is kind of messed up. I did a several hour interview and signed contracts and even got direct deposit finally set up. All of it was a huge waste of time. It's a joke the job market is not hiring and i got let go with little to no explanation. It's like oh i got my son here he was just sitting in the backroom as my ex-boss just unceremoniously fired me. It was just a huge F U just to do that when i was scheduled today he could have done it over text or something. I got t shirts and i even set up a when i work account all of that for nothing. Its frustrating and unfair. plus this was my second job and i have to work in like a couple of hours.
