I've started working for a company I took a year off from in October r. I never filled out any new paperwork(I was still in the system from before), was never given a job description or anything on file. I had an agreement with management about working only mornings, they hired someone else and I had to work nights to get my hours. The managers weren't working weekends and I could handle any tasks/guests needing a manager and got a pay raise and title change still no paperwork. New management came in and are cutting and affecting my hours, poking and nitpicking, and setting me up for disaster (sales agreed to things with a client for things I informed them would not work well on our end due to staffing, and how cooking works). I agreed to work 40-45 hours a week and now the new management wants no overtime and keeps adding admin work to my tasks which is dragging and I have no time on the clock to do them and refuse to do the work at home for free. I also refuse to quit because I was at this company for 3 years left for 2 other shit companies within a year and now I'm dealing with this problem before I'm even a year bank with this company. I refuse to hurt my resume more than it already has and I would like to document this for my protection in the future, in case I need to get lawyers. Any advice on how to approach and document this without fears of retaliation or at least proof of retaliation?
