I work for a corporate company. Myself and others on my team got an email from a new HR associate who wanted to “touch base with us to introduce, hear more about our roles and offer assistance”. As far as I’m aware, other teams in our overall department did not get this email. HR put on individual meetings with us. Wondering if I should be worried or if there are any tips for how this meeting should play out from my end? Does not seem nefarious from the looks of it but don’t want to get blindsided. Are they digging around for information?
Some context: we recently had a few team members leave within weeks of each other.
