Long story short me and a coworker started at the same time and he is making almost 2$ an hour more then me. Same experience. On top of that I pretty much have to coach him along about what to and not to do. Is there anything I can do about this? Also the person in HR didn't come and ask me why I “denied” all of my benefits, despite the fact she knew I hadn't signed up for any (I honestly thought I was done with the eforms)
