Nice boss making it difficult to quit

I've been working for this company for 5 years. I don't have any issues with the management, but I have issues with my colleagues. I've been covering their inadequacies for several years now and recently, I took over a job from my colleague and I've been called 'stupid' by the factory manager for a mistake that I did not make. That made me so anxious ever since, so I found a new job with bigger pay and easier work and handed my resignation immediately. After handing in my resignation, my boss offered me a lot of things so that I don't leave. Including working remotely so that I don't have to deal with my toxic workmates. I am now thinking twice whether I should leave or not. I feel terrible and guilty for quitting but I also don't want to ruin my reputation by turning back on the new job…
