No notice or two weeks?

So I’m in a predicament at work. I (18F) started almost two years ago at 16. My mom held the position I have now. 11 months ago I started gaining the responsibilities I have now. They have continued to put more and more on me without a pay raise. They agreed to the fact that I would be in school full time until just last week. But some shady things have been happening. One distinct issue is they were refusing to give me holiday pay and correct vacation hours because I was part time for awhile. My branch manager disagreed and has to fight them on this. He has since taken a step back as branch manager. Tuesday 1/24/23
After having some health issues requiring me to work from home for a week (which was approved) I get pulled into a meeting out of the blue. They say that I can no longer work from home. As well as I have to write down everything I do all week and sign in and turn it in at the end of the week.

Monday 4/24/23
My boss and HR pull me into a meeting and say it is also my review. They proceed to list a bunch of reasons why my work is not satisfactory. Ex. I lack communication. I’m messy. I can’t multi task. I don’t participe. I’m too overwhelmed. I don’t offer enough help to colleges. She then proceeds to say if I cannot correct all of the issues she sees in my work I will be fired in 30 days.

Now
I have an interview for Monday. I am confident I will get a job offer with better pay and much better benefits. I have two options.

Option 1
Friday I pack up my things, leave all company property and send an email notifying them of my immediate resignation. This would mean I would not have good standing with them and could not get another job here.

Option 2
I give a two weeks notice which would give them time to terrorize me or find a reason to fire me. I would be able to use colleges as references with option 2.

I hate it here. It’s the worst job I have ever had and they act like they did me such a favor by hiring me young. So what do I do?
