At the company where I work the following is the situation: You are asked 4 times a month to do overtime on weekends. If you refuse more than 2 times you won’t get bonuses, and I’m not talking about overtime bonuses. I’m talking about production bonuses. 550 Romanian Lei cut from your salary because you don’t want to work on weekends. Reasoning being that if you don’t do overtimes you are not a reliable worker. Just mentioning that the overtime bonuses are given 2 months after you actually did them and your group leader can just revoke the bonus. For example if he doesn’t like your attitude then he can just cut all the bonuses and you are paid the base salary, and trust me, the example I gave is a true story.
