So I have been working at this job since 2015. I work for the State and when I started in 2015 I only made 16.50 an hour full health coverage and a 401k that’s matched 156%. 7 years later I am now making 30 an hour. Like what the fuck. I the state should be paying me 100 an hour to babysit these felons. They should also be paying for all my schooling for me and my neighbors third kid and hiring me a house servant. Like what the fuck. I think I am going to walk into my bosses office and demand all my expenses in life be paid for outside of my normal paycheck and my work hours be brought down to 3 hours a day plus nap time while still making well over 6 figures a year. Like cmon it’s 2022.

Let's say that someone (42M) showed a co-worker (51F) a picture of a fully clothed woman sitting down wearing a shirt that said: “Eat Pu $!y Not Meat” A couple days later HR called and fired said first employee (42M) for secual harassment. Is that secual harassment or something else negative? Asking for a friend.

I just joined this company in December and we had a team of 5 people. 4 executives and 1 manager. I am a programme executive in a school. Most of the work has been settled for the Jan 2022 semester by the time I joined… so fast forward to now when we are preparing for the July 2022 semester. 3 of my colleagues suddenly dropped the bomb and is leaving by end of May!!!! I haven’t even master everything yet. My colleague has been teaching me step by step. Lol they’re gonna hire more people and I needed to step up and take everything and teach the new staffs if they are successful on hiring. I’m really stressed on whether I should leave too.. what do u guys think???

I worked for a very toxic company doing HR work and no matter how good of a job I did there was only bitching and complaining. My direct boss would bitch about how her brother committed suicide and the second in command would constantly show up late and would never help me with anything. I had to handle 100% of the hiring/recruiting process on top of the already endless HR duties. After 7 months with the company working 50-60 hours a week I finally decided to say fuck it and see other opportunities in my area. Well I take sporadic PTO and actually leave for my lunches to go do interviews. My boss asks me if I am looking for another job, me being an honest person told her yes and explained why. Fast forward to last Wednesday corporate comes for a visit. Me, my boss, VPO, and DHR go…
