I was returning a rental tool from Big Box Hardware. Employee guy complains about bad traffic Employee gal 'yeah, nobody wants to work' What?! These things could be related, but it is lunch time in a fairly populous city. I think there may be some easier explanation. If everybody is working in the middle of the day, then you paradoxically wouldn't be working because there'd be no customers. At least when 'nobody wants to work' usually comes up, while still stupid, you can at least follow some logic of how they got there.

I have celiac disease and was accidentally “glutened” by some takeout I ordered. This is the first glutening I've had in nearly 2 years, and every nerve in my body is on fire, my joints feel like softballs, and I'm 9th level of hell itchy. I also work 4- 12 hours shifts 6p-6a. I literally feel like I'm dying but I still have to come to this warehouse so I can pay my mortgage (which will be 4 days late this month). I technically had a choice, work or rest. But we all know there is no choice. Work or starve. The game is rigged. I just needed a place to be angry while I suffer. 7 more hours to go on this shift and 12 more tomorrow….. Good luck out there

It's for my current job! I haven't updated my resume with this recruiting agency since I was last looking for opportunities and clearly they didn't do their research about me before reaching out. Haha. I've been at my current company for several months. To be honest, I haven't been all that happy in my role. I feel like I was a bit misled about the position and there's zero room for growth. I feel extremely undervalued and under utilized, but I was going to try to stick it out for a year and give it my best shot. The company itself doesn't really seem to have a good sense of direction about what they want. I've asked multiple times to be given basic standards and procedures from my boss, which they've failed to do.
