I work for a small construction company as their IT guy reporting to the CEO. I've been working my butt off to help grow the company over the past year, but I'm always stunted by the CEO. Recently he has been making a series of decisions based on emotion instead of reason/logic, so I'm starting to seriously doubt the state of leadership in this company.
