I work for a small construction company as their IT guy reporting to the CEO. I've been working my butt off to help grow the company over the past year, but I'm always stunted by the CEO. Recently he has been making a series of decisions based on emotion instead of reason/logic, so I'm starting to seriously doubt the state of leadership in this company. He talks a mad game, always wanting to change for the better, but in the end nothing ever changes. He spends very little time in the office, doesn't train managers and gets mad when managers don't properly manage. I've really just been staying with the company because It's gonna look very good on my Resume, however the pay is supremely subpar and the leadership is absolutely lacking. The last straw was today. It has to be done. If you’re not caring for a minor, sure , take care of them, don’t make them suffer for what the adults did. The rest? Well, I’ll let you decide. I would hope that the world leaders wouldn’t dare play chicken for more than a day, but that’s the plan, for it to only take one or two days for them all to act unanimously to give women autonomy over their own bodies. Show the world exactly what happens when you stop taking care of it. The whole world will fall without you. Do it together. Afraid of not being paid?
