Whenever I see a post from someone about an employer screwing the over, I wonder why they don't expose them. I totally understand if you still work there and the company can potentially find out, but if you left, I don't see why not. They treated you like trash, let the entire world see their ass. Maybe there is a legal reason as to why not but I would like to know and see these sick employers exposed.
My resignation letter.
I am very sorry for how unprofessional I acted this morning. The stress of the job and my life got the better of me and I was very frustrated. I am trying to raise my son, while dealing with the fact that my father has stage four prostate cancer and my mother only has 30 % lung function. The hours we are currently being scheduled don't leave me enough time to sleep or do a load of laundry, let alone spend adequate time with my family. Unfortunately, although I do enjoy working at (job) the extreme unorganization of the warehouse, the ever increasing hours and the lack of financial compensation for such a stressful job, has caused me to seek other opportunities. This is my official two weeks notice. I am willing to train my replacement, if necessary. Thank you for the opportunity, I wish things would have worked out…
I had a recruiter reach out to me this week to set up time for a role they were looking to fill. We agreed on a time and I sent in my resume per their request. Two days later at the agreed time, no call – no update, nothing. I sent a follow up email asking what happened and to see when we could reschedule and received the following “Hi [18voltbattery] – The client shifted the spec criteria for the role so this one won’t be a match. I’m happy to keep you in mind for other upcoming searches. What types of roles would you like to hear about? – Thanks, [recruiter]”. No apology for ghosting me and didn’t even acknowledge it. I let them know they were extremely unprofessional and discourteous and that I would be letting the company know – and I proceeded to do that. Is it…
I work in a European branch of a Canadian company and in the past couple of years the CEO has expressed in multiple ways his extreme opinions on a variety of subjects. What bothers me most is that he is sending emails from his corporate account to all the employees of the company worldwide, inviting us to read articles or watch videos: – from questionable sources; Wikipedia defines one of these “a far-right international newspaper” and that another was studied by researchers on conspiracy theories and misinformation about Covid-19 – about local current events not relevant to our industry; let’s just say that one video mentioned Ivermectin and an article was a hot take about the truck thingy in Canada Most employees just delete these emails, but I’m wondering if they are sign of declining mental health (he’s not young anymore). Anyway, can he do that? Wouldn’t that be frowned…

Red flags or entitled millennial
Field Service Engineer/Technician interview for a predominant machine manufacturer. No tools provided because people treat tools better if they own them. As stated by the interviewer. We’re talking about a $1k of tools if you purchase quality tools that they do not provide. A quality multimeter that has calibration can run $500 alone to purchase. But hey they issued you an iPad, iPhone and computer. Travel and working hours are ridiculous. They expect 11 days of work at 10-16 hours per day for a weekend off. The interviewer stated what else is there to do on the road outside of sleeping and working. Machines could be anywhere from 30 man hours to 300 to install. They were smiling and Any day off for medical or personal stuff has to be pre-approved with several weeks notice. Maybe I’m an entitled millennial or smart enough to realize there’s more to life than…
Giving my notice today.
After a year of non-stop overtime and not having more than one day off in a row in that timespan, I've saved up enough money to take the entire summer off and still have a cushy savings. Basically my boss, instead of hiring someone else to fill an empty position, just pushed off all the extra work on me without the extra pay. And now he has explicitly asked me to go back and forth between two different jobs during the same shift. I told him no but it wasn't really a question by his tone of voice. The likelihood that they will find someone else who is as hardworking, reliable, and competent as I am is pretty much zero, and they'll realize that soon enough when they have to hire two people to replace me. Find someone else to take advantage of, suckers, I'm taking my money and running!

Bosses won his own prize drawings…
My company had a quarterly meeting today and each department had two gas cards to be drawn as gifts. Foolishly, I thought my chances were good since my department has four people, and one of them didn't make it. I was very sad to find that when it came time to delegate the prizes out my boss and his buddy who only works Friday and is somehow a manager. They both live 5 minutes away and I drive an hour one way to get paid 15$ less than all them per hour. 7 years after my drug issues and all of the fallout and loss before I got my life back, and I still hear I'm lucky to be employed. Isn't God good? I have a Masters', four CompTIA certifications, WHY THE FUCK CAN'T I AFFORD TO FIX MY TEETH? I will work for fair pay! Edited to make me…
