I ran their large format printers and cnc machines, managed time tables for production with the front and shipping. I gave him a week to figure out If he wanted to keep me, as I had been informed by a co worker that he had hired someone while I was absent with covid. This kind of was my last straw. It's been an awful year. My hours were cut down so I lost my health insurance, my pay rate wasn't increased to compensate as promised, I've had to learn two new machines at the same time while also fulfilling and managing a team for a rush order of 50k worth of signs in a restricted time limit.
