Paid vacation question

Long story short. Worked at a company for 11 years, and left over a year ago to be an assistant manager of a completely different company.(more money) 1 month ago I agreed to come back to the company I worked for 11 years. It was 1 week before the week of the 4th. I had plans to go away for the week. My company said they would pay me for that week. Last week, the company I was an assistant manager for, called and offered me the manager spot.(current manager left for another company) I had no prior knowledge of this happening, however it is a great opportunity and pay jump.(they called me last Tuesday night, almost double the pay I’m at now)I start next Monday. So my question is what should I do?
We agreed to this before I had any thought of leaving again, so on one hand I feel they owe me, on the other I know I’ve only been back a month and don’t fully deserve the weeks pay. Do I ask for the week paid, or ask for half, or keep my mouth shut?
