Our pay periods are twice monthly so we have a monthly salary. I work 4×10 so sometimes I have more hours and sometimes less. I just went on Medical leave and surprise! My check is $1k short. They're claiming this is because I didn't work on scheduled days off despite having 40 hours logged on both weeks in the pay period. I swear to god they are pushing me.
Now they're “checking with my pm”, who already told them this was the case before they agree to fix it. I think they're trying to dick me.
