I work in maintenance for a regional company, and in the first month I have no complaints. The people I work with are awesome, and the pay is fair.
My question is to anyone who may have better insight into how to read into the metrics behind property management, and what questions to ask (not ask) to get a better feel for how healthy this company really is.
We have a meeting coming up with multiple representatives at the regional/corporate/owner level in a couple weeks, and I want to be prepared to have my questions answered without sounding like an idiot.
Looking at casually asking about these:
-Net Operating Income
-Lead to Lease ratio
Short list, but any KPI's are on my mind as well.
