I’m not sure where to post this so I’m sorry if this isn’t the spot. I’m Canadian. Been working this job for awhile now. I’m a tradesman. We don’t get paid overtime but anything after 88hours shows up as this “bonus” on my paystub. We have 10% vacation that’s paid out every cheque. Just curious if anyone has seen this before.
