When the USA rail workers made a reasonable request, paid sick leave and were denied, simply continuing to strike with the same request is foolish. Honestly they asked for less than they deserve, yet were STILL treated like garbage. They need to up the demands now. Now they should ask DEMAND for even more sick days, higher pay, benefits, and more.
