I work in dietary (I forgot to add this so I had to edit it)
My probation ended at work and I got unsatisfactory/dosnt meet company standards on EVERYTHING. My attendance was rated unsatisfactory even tho I got there early everyday,stayed late,and never really called in unless I was bent over clutching my stomach.My dressing was rated unsatisfactory even tho when I went in for my interview I asked what I should wear and my supervisor said what I was wearing is fine so that’s what I always wore,khaki pants and a decent (usually all black) shirt. My work was rated unsatisfactory even tho I’m the only one that cared about anything,they always gave bananas to someone who was allergic and I ALWAYS made sure to check her tray and tell them she can’t have it and I always went above and beyond,even asking my supervisor if there was anything else I need to do before clocking out or when I had free time. My effort to “achieve greater” was rated unsatisfactory even tho when I did something wrong or inefficient I STRIVED to correct it. I can’t believe how much effort and passion I put into that job just for them to say I was unsatisfactory
