Record it on your own device. Do not accept that somebody will provide you a recording. Know where and when you are allowed to record.
Record the meetings. Record the quick personal discussions in the hall. Run a “Video Capture” on your phone and pocket it. Talk loud so the mic can hear you. Your supervisor will talk loud and get emotional as a result. No bad words. Do not accept bad emotion (Example: “You sounded frustrated”).
You deny and thank. “I was not frustrated. Thank you for telling me that I sounded frustrated.”
