I work at a big corporate Italian resturant. Thursday night, the schedule comes out. Friday they asked me if I could work the following Friday night. I told them only if I had Saturday night off, but otherwise no, because then I’d be three doubles in a row and thats too much for me, especially because I live an hour away. (Closest town with job oppurtunies as I live in the middle of nowhere basically).
Today I checked me schedule again, and they changed it. 3 doubles in a row.
I’m saying something tomorrow, but it blows my mind they would change my schedule without asking me, and after I told them I’m not down for three doubles in a row.
My work week is Thursday-Monday, two doubles usually. & they always want me to work monday nights which I’m unavaliable. & want me to work Wednesday nights as well.
Basically they want me too do Wednesday nights, doubles Thursday-Saturday, Sunday mornings, and a double again Monday.
I’m already giving them an average of 40 hours & they’re saying they need me more than that. Fuck that. Fuck them.
