I've applied to 47 different jobs and have had about 10 interviews, out of those ten interviews I would say about 3 were legit opportunities that would fit and pay me what I am worth. Of those 3 interviews I had 2 different interviews with like 3 different people. Then after all is said and done they say they will let me know and then I don't hear back from them.
I think companies should be held responsible for at least letting the candidate know whether or not they get the job. and further more it is like why not just give me a dam chance at the job… I hate it. and I thought this would be much longer rant but then I stop myself because what the hell is writing on here gonna do!
