I'm the first who gets to the office on Mondays and I work alone till 12 pm. So it was a huge surprise when I couldn't log in to my account on a platform we work, I checked my colleagues' accounts as well, we all were just blocked. So I was advised to wait till my manager comes at 12.
She came, we messaged our regional manager and, you know what, they just casually dropped the fact that we're not just changing the system to work with, BUT they already did everything. There is no coming back.
Our initial app was like something created 20 years ago but this new program is, what I believe, is the first website to ever be made. That's horrible, we haven't received any trainings until we asked for it. And even then, there are still a lot of unanswered questions that are just being ignored.
We work with medical insurance services and I simply can't assist people, the program still doesn't have all the needed information. I'd even say it barely has what I need to work normally.
I hate it so much that now I consider quitting even though I've only worked here for 4 months.
