So last week I was fired without any warning. I had been told I was doing a great job as team lead. I was involved with reviews that morning, then at the end of the day I was told my team was falling behind. They said I would take too long to fully train even though I hadn’t been trained for even an hour. I’m so confused…the clinic director cried and the manager offered me a letter of recommendation. What did I do wrong??? I’d feel better if I screwed up and they fired me, but out of the blue is driving me crazy.
I’m so over working my ass off for it not to matter. Even the girl who constantly gets complaints about being rude/ named in 1star Google reviews is still there. I was there when she at least got to have a conversation with them. They constantly complain about nobody wanting to work and that they can’t find anyone yet fire me for no reason.
I’m so tired and depressed from trying and failing for people who don’t care.
