So, after dealt with carrot on a stick staff retention and an abysmal annual pay rise, im trying (tentatively and slowly) to leave the company I work for.
I've found something which will set the cat amongst the pigeons. Basically a company around the corner which has a close relationship with my current company has basically the same job but less responsibility for a much higher wage.
Yes I've applied for it, I'm waiting for “the talk” from middle and upper management .
If they think I'm not going to go for a 35% wage increase then they're pretty fucking out of touch.
