Last month it was a cleaning business she constantly posted saying she needed help, how hard the job was and how she needed a strong person who was dependable could work long hours etc. She never, not once posted about salary or benefits etc. I once asked her what she paid and was going to send a friend of my sons her way, she said based on experience, ok what is the salary range? Her and her daughter flipped out. I mean flipped out. They can’t tell someone what the pay will be until they know what they can do, why am I wasting their time if I don’t have any interest in the job. Super weird, I actually apologized and told them I was just trying to help them. Like I really was. Why would an employer get so triggered over this? What am I missing?
